The Elf has been very busy these past few months creating new solutions and tools to help engineers and project personnel work smarter not harder.

Our newest solution, the patented dual toroid is a step forward from previous designs where the external pressures are limited by ASME BPVC to full vacuum/15 psig.

The dual allows full independent pressure both internally and externally to allow exchanger designers the opportunity to increase thermal exchange optimization.

Designs can easily handle thousands of psi for both fluids in floating head arrangements. Our partner Badger has tooling on hand to make toroidal expansion joints from 14" through 72".
